Hello, Kelly, I had a great day, thank you. I ate a little too much, but all is accounted. Did not reach my water goal so I will try again today. I did check out ww+ looks interesting. Today I have a dentist appointment. And I successfully delcuttered my dining room table! Happy Wednesday

Nancy: The App has a lot of new things to help with our overall well-being. I doubt I will utilize as I am really trying to not be on my phone. Great job tracking the foods at the celebration and de cluttering that table.

Hello, I did not make my water goal yesterday, but tracked everything. I had a dentist appointment in the afternoon & then did a little xmas shopping for the kids. Today I'm working a few hours & might go food shopping. Happy Thursday

Good Morning! TGIF!! Busy day and weekend ahead. Work and errands today. Tomorrow attending a Grief meeting with my Work Mamma. I worked with her at the VNA for years. We have kept in touch since I left in 2013. The afternoon we have our Senior Thanksgiving at Church and then a Birthday party. Sunday will be Church, take Sadie to the groomer, and a visit with my sister. She came home yesterday. I believe my BIL has his hands full.
I added 2 miles yesterday.
Nancy: Good job on your tracking and getting a jump start on Christmas shopping. I have some gift cards to pick up since that is what they want. I am hoping I will get to do a little regular shopping for the youngest grandson. I will have shopping for my Secret Santa person once we pick our names at work. Happy Happy Friday,
What a week. I would love a good meal. I find myself eating any and everything. Today my scale hit 175. I remember walking miles and miles for months on end to loose a few pounds and in less than 4 weeks I manage to put on 8 pounds. What am I doing wrong.
Anyway tomorrow is a new day. I am taking back control.. I look into the New WW+. However, I need to get my mind in tune with the program in order to see progress. I am still wondering how people get to goal and 20 years later I cannot get it done.

Hello, Kelly, I do a xmas santa swap too, I'm looking forward to the fun. Good loss this week. Claudette, I feel your pain with ww. Everyday I think about quitting, then I think where will that get me. Busy the last 2 days working, yesterday, took a drive with DH and got dinner out, we planned on going down to the beach to eat but it got dark so quickly we ended up coming home. I met a friend yesterday on the towpath and we rode our bikes 6 miles in total. It was really fun and the weather was great. I didn’t know WW was coming out with a new program. Any big major changes?

I have been out of control today. I visited a friend with a shut-in husband and she was making cookies. Sent some home with me and I ate 2. Then I continued to eat. Baked ziti for dinner. WW+ recipe 7 points on green. I like the new WW+. I put in hamburger and cheese as my favorites and it came up with this ziti recipe. I put it in my tracker right away for Thurs night and had it then. Leftovers tonight. Brenda, we are here for you. Brenda, just some additional ways to help us with the program like go to recipes on your app and then select several ingredients you like. You will get recipes. I like that feature-still learning about the rest. There is a zoom class tomorrow at 12 678-747-0317 on your zoom. Nancy, how was your dinner out. Did you feel safe? Kelly you are doing so well. Claudette, you will get back to losing again. Just hang in there.
