It's our NOvember challenge! This challenge will help us FOCUS on saying NO--otherwise known as mindful eating. Being in the moment with planning ahead and when you get to decisions about foods that you had not planned for, focusing right at that moment and making a healthier decision for you. Even if you go ahead and eat whatever it is, at least you will know that you thought about it first and CHOSE to eat it. Mindful eating, we got this!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycle, spin, swim, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, Pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday through Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins(WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!

Good morning! Thanks for starting us Amy!
Amy, I love rowing! It's really great for you abs, makes you strong. That's probably one of things I miss most from the gym.
Mo, WTG on your 2 miles of WATP, woohoo! You can keep doing it! Sorry that Jim's back is bothering him. I agree with you about checking, if nothing else, it reminds you to get moving.
Brenda, how are you? Are you still able to go to jazzercise?
My back is still a problem but there is some improvement. I have high hopes for acupuncture.

I willl try tomorrow WATP . I can't afford a rower. Maybe after 3 years to pay off the credit .;Once I pay off the credit card over 3 years. I moved the bike into the bedroom. I sleep in the living room. but I have room to WATP.
