wwlurker that's great you like yoga. I'm okay with it, but find it hard with the weight I have on. I bought stuff for my company that we didn't eat. I need to give it away. Good luck with all you have going on this week.
I am working in one of our offices in a different city today, so I stopped and picked up some healthy snacks so that I could be healthy on the go! I'll be here tomorrow as well, and hopefully will be home in time for dinner tomorrow.
I went to the gym this morning and I'm a bit sore from that and yoga yesterday.
I hopped on the scale this morning and I was up about 1.5 lbs from my lowest. Not sure if that's mostly water, or whether it's a real gain.
I'm feeling better the past couple of days. I'm trying to detox on the junk food and I seem to be settling in.
This week I will miss my WI due to a meeting. I'll pop in for a quick WI Thursday to make up for it. Honestly, the extra day may do me some good.
sunrose49, I do hot yoga mostly. I just find it so relaxing. My size prevents me from doing some poses as well as I would like, but I try not to let it get me down.
