It's our NOvember challenge! This challenge will help us FOCUS on saying NO--otherwise known as mindful eating. Being in the moment with planning ahead and when you get to decisions about foods that you had not planned for, focusing right at that moment and making a healthier decision for you. Even if you go ahead and eat whatever it is, at least you will know that you thought about it first and CHOSE to eat it. Mindful eating, we got this!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycle, spin, swim, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, Pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday through Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins(WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!

Good morning! I had my first acupuncture appointment yesterday and it was a success. Of course it's not an instant remedy and I go back again on Thursday, but I'm hopeful. My back is still a real issue but sloooowly improving. My knee felt a whole lot better, which I was not expecting at least not that much! And it definitely helped with my mood.
I am going to head out and try to walk 1 continuous mile outdoors. Wish me luck!
