I went back to Weight Watchers old Core program Monday of this week. I am doing well so far. A few days before I decided to do this I had been shifting between old Core and a I Track Bites Conquer Cravings. I was tired of "counting" so opted to focus on healthy power foods and only track non-power foods according to the Core program. All three days so far I have been on program, feeling good, not as hungry or worried about having a fruit or not for the points.
And, the pounds that found me last week (6.8) are almost gone again.
