I switch between the earliest WW Points counting program from 1998 era and the WW Core program.
My week so far has been OP and with 35 weeklies to spend + activity points I have 34 weeklies left and have used accumulated activity points plus one weekly to cover non-Core non-Power Foods that I have eaten.
I try to limit foods I have to use points for to 5 per day since 35 divided by 7 cays in the week is 5.

(Nov 22): 20/22 points ITB Conquer Cravings (old WW points program)
scale at 175.4 this morning (Nov 23)
Today: Plan to track calories on MFP and use ITB for Conquer Cravings and focus on power foods-Core and track that on paper...
