It's our NOvember challenge! This challenge will help us FOCUS on saying NO--otherwise known as mindful eating. Being in the moment with planning ahead and when you get to decisions about foods that you had not planned for, focusing right at that moment and making a healthier decision for you. Even if you go ahead and eat whatever it is, at least you will know that you thought about it first and CHOSE to eat it. Mindful eating, we got this!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycle, spin, swim, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, Pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday through Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins(WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs the month of November.

Good Morning.
I rejoined WW. There is no meeting except for virtual meetings around here. The closest is Altoona 45 minutes away. I may do one just to connect but in any case I am going to try my best to do the virtual meetings.

Mo, thanks for our start. Good for you rejoining. If you don’t mind me asking how much is your monthly cost? I’ve been seeing different things and hearing there is a new program.
I don’t think I’ve checked in here all week? I’m not doing very good with my weight at all. I might re-join weight watchers myself.

Thanks mo for starting us. I start over today. Mo are you doing online or in person or virtual?
I am eating 5 ounces of planters dry roasted peanuts a day and 5 cups of grapes. 27 points and 1400 callories. I am lifetime even though widely overweight. So I get free tracking till Jan vary. I will pay for online tstarting in February till the pandemic is ov er. I am so glad I am vegan.And I am getting vitamins today from Amazon so I can get Vitamin b12. I get the vitamins every other month.
