177.4 (up again but also know why)
It seems this is a test-week and it is testing me. I am not giving up or going to continue with the indulging. I have a plan and I am fine.
I made breakfast last night (overnight oats with carrot, apple, tbsp walnuts and coconut...etc) and just finished it with a side of coffee. Lunch will probably be leftovers that are healthy with perhaps some salad OR I might make something new and different if I don't want leftovers?
I sometimes think of this as a game...sometimes I am ahead and sometimes a bit behind but I am always increasing my skills and will win eventually...maybe not a game against a TEAM but still a game.

overnight oats with carrot, apple, tbsp walnuts and coconut...etc That sounds so good! Sunday, November 22: 123.6 - down 0.6 lb. This is when my maintaining problem starts. Due to my GI issues the only snack the doesn't "get me going" seems to be cheese. Cheese is my downfall as far as maintaining goes. I am going to stay off the cheese and see if my weight won't stabilze at some point. I don't miss it at all as long as I stay away from it.

175.4 down 2 from yesterday. 1.4 more to get to past low of 174...onward and downard. New week, all weeklies available, doing CORE eating again this week.
