Sunday we'll decorate the church for Advent after worship service. Some are bringing soup and sandwiches but I'm not planning to eat. I want to decorate and then come on home. I'll either visit with Mom over the phone or maybe a yard visit like we did last Sunday. May try and pull another meal together and invite DS over. He ate with us on Saturday. I fried cubed deer steak which is one of his faves. June, hope you have a wonderful restful night. Bee, so good to hear all is well. Prayers Susi, what a nice gift! Becky, sorry you are feeling off...hope Sunday will be better

Susi, that is a perfect gift for Torin. La Donna, those bringing soup and sandwiches to church after Advent decorating must think they are immune. June, I hope you get in me time tomorrow. Becky I hope tomorrow is a better day.
I will PTMH. Bob brought in 2/3 of the Christmas boxes yesterday and set up the tree. I have to fluff the branches but I unpacked 4 boxes and put the wreath above the fireplace as well as the real wreaths on the front doors. I will need to get it all done by Tuesday but we need the table for Thanksgiving if my vertigo kicks in only the bottom half of the tree will be decorated.
Grilled halibut, asparagus and salad for dinner.

wishing you all a pleasant and restful night I wish the same for you, June. Forgot to let y'all know the move went smoothly. All is well. Planning for another great day! Praying for all. So glad to read that you're settled in, Bee. Torin is totally into dragons and can sing Puff The Magic Dragon amazingly well for a 2 year old. I can "hear" him... that's a great gift to honor his interest! I have been feeling off today I hope your Sunday's better, Becky. Sunday we'll decorate the church for Advent after worship service. Hard to believe that the church year is changing. I will need to get it all done by Tuesday It sounds like there's a method to your decorating, Audrey - I'm sure you'll get done what needs to be done. Read all posts just not responding. Have a peaceful night, Ann. 🍂🦃🍁 🍂🦃🍁 🍂🦃🍁 Per an 8 PM Saturday text from DBabySis: Laraine has an 8 mm kidney stone. They will remove it and place a stent Sunday evening (CV-19 test should be back mid-afternoon).

I will: stay within points/core foods today and hydrate. Not sure what else but those two for sure.
My daughter sent me a message at 10:20 pm last night via WhatsApp thinking I would go through her stored clothes with her and if there was anything I liked she would not donate it. I was asleep and we chatted this morning for a bit deciding that if she doesn't see anything that is "me" she will donate it all even if she likes it as she has not worn it in five years. So...whatever I might have liked will be gone and that is fine because who knows if/when we will see one another again AND what weight I will settle at by then.
We have eggplant with onions and garlic in tomato sauce, fijaylee (wild radish greens) and leftover rice, creamed tuna & peas and makhlouta (beans and grains) heated for lunch today.
JUNE: Sorry to hear that someone has covid-19 at your mother's nursing home. Hope she stays safe! I am not beating myself up about the slip(s) this past week and am right back OP today. It is a journey and not a short jaunt to the corner. Wishing you luck with the module preparations. Thanks for the positive vibes...for some reason I was hungrier than usual yesterday and did eat but think I am still within weeklies and glad the reset of weeklies is tomorrow!
ANN: Hope you enjoyed being outside in nice weather. You are wise to cook ahead for the holidays.
SUSI: I hope you managed a nap at some point in time. I like that you plan the drink into your day...sounds wise! I would love to go out for a meal BUT doubt we will with the cases increasing in Lebanon and so many not willing to wear masks.
MJ: Thinking about you, Toots and his sister. I hope she will be alright. So hard when family gets sick. It sounds like you are BUSY and making huge strides in accomplishing various items on your to-do list! Glad they found out why Laraine felt "off" and have a solution!
AUDREY: Reaching out to friends is a wonderful thing for you to have done...along with the notes you have been sending. I was thinking that you might be able to make a few individual quiches? Or maybe they even sell them? I know some make crustless quiche in individual size dishes and I have made a polenta pie that is basically a quiche with polenta crust. I am glad that your online friend's father was seen quickly by the EMT's and is okay so far. I agree with you that we need to be with those we love as often as possible and is safe...at least checking in with them is a possibility via the internet and I try to do that. Loved the movie puff the magic dragon...what I remember of it anyway The book and CD sound perfect! You are ambitious...not sure we will bring the big tree out this year but might decorate the little one.
BEE: Where are you now? Are you home or???
BECKY: Hope you feel better...get checked by someone if you are still feeling off...sometimes better safe than sorry.
LADONNA: I hope you sleep well and have a wonderful day. Hope you were able to see your mother!

Bee - We cross posted. I'm so glad the move went well. Continued prayers, love and hugs. Becky - I hope today is better for you. I have a card for you but am not sure if they are bringing you your mail. LaDonna - Hope DS will join you today. We are having venison chili for Thanksgiving and a friend give me a backstrap steak that I will hoard for a special occasion. Venison is VERY hard to come by here and runs about $24 lb. if you can find it. Enjoy decorating the church. Audrey - I just can't start decorating until after Thanksgiving. I'll bet everything looks beautiful especially with the updated you did to the house this year. MJ - Ouch! Very painful but at least something can be done about it. Sending prayers to all. Cathy - At least your daughter was thinking about you. I did manage a nap. The tables were well spaced, masks required unless at your table and it is well enforced. OMG - I wish you could see this. Jack wants out so badly and I guess he remembered how Charlie used to open the sliding glass doors. He was on the baker's rack pushing his paw against the door handle trying to open it. I'm nearly peeing myself!
