This week I went to my virtual WW meeting, tracked, weighed and measured, kept up with my online support groups, and meditated. I am grateful that my husband and I are still healthy.

I tracked all week and stayed very close to my calories average allowance for the week. I restarted my strength training after an injury a few weeks ago.

For myself being healthy is to be at a healthy weight, have some mobility, and have as few health problems as I can.

My goals are to attend my virtual Weight Watchers meeting next Monday evening, to track, to weigh and measure, keep up with my online support groups, and to meditate. My time is my computer, puzzle, reading, and meditation time.

My husband usually has a meal from the left-overs. There are just the two of us for dinner so I don't cook a lot so there usually isn't that much left over.

Wed 11/25 - Reading The House of the Spirits - Isabel Allende. But I've been reading it forever and not done yet because I just don't read except for the newspaper online. I always have in mind to read more - I've got so many books waiting for me - both hard copy and on my kindle. Thanks for the reminder Judy bbbearsmom to do more reading and less overeating and wasting time. Thurs 11/26 - Happy Thanksgiving! Just 3 of us today, but we're cooking a lot. I have no concerns about leftovers. We'll eat them over the next few days and maybe freeze some too. I usually try to cook in large quantities anyway so I can have dinners for at least a couple of days if not several days.
