I have a long post I started last night but this board wonβt let me cut and paste using my phone so you can read it if you feel like it. MJ I hope tits is feeling better. Cathy I hope your husband has a very happy birthday and when the car is fixed and supplies are available youβll just make him a belated happy birthday meal.

Audrey Sorry for the posting confusion. No thread was started when I posted. So it is probably a case where I started the thread while you were posting. It happens. No worries. We all know how much harder it is to use the dashboard on a phone.
Glad that you have sunshine & decorating fun planned for today. Agreed-- a noon time meal makes little sense for a bigger, holiday meal.
Ann How is Lulu? Did she get a good report? Glad that the vet appointment was a one man job and Carl was the man for the job!
LaDonna Isn't' that the way of it? You have to cram everything for the usual week into two days! I love stores like Hamrick that have different items at good prices. Cracker Barrel is like that, too.
LOL. My brilliant plan for today involved capitalizing on the fact that IT was still operating on campus M & T. Much more likely to reach them quickly at the on-campus location then when they are working remotely. Uhm. . . They are remote. So...... explaining what I needed in an e-mail took some time. Next semester I will know what to do though. So it is all good!

Okay dokey Will finish my break then start phase three of "get-it-done" Monday of "get-it-done" week. LOL. Phase 3 is sponsored by Diet Coke, my afternoon choice when I need a caffeine kick.
Happy w/ the day's progress & walk. Glad to see check marks on the day's "to-do" list. Go team Flying Monkeys.

Glad you enjoyed your Sunday June. Oops on the remote but you got it done. MJ - Glad you are staying on top of Toots health. I guess it's good that they were able to push the stone back when they did the stent on Laraine but that still means another procedure. Ann - I hope Lula got a good report. Becky - Hope you are feeling a little better. Cathy - Happy birthday to your husband. Hope the red beans defrost in time. No, Jack is way to small to open the door but it was funny to watch. LaDonna - Glad you got your walks in this weekend. Some people would think that it's a little weird to be looking forward to venison for a Thanksgiving meal but it's very likely that venison was served at the first Thanksgiving meal. I'll go take a look Audrey. Sorry about the order mix up. Looks like you got/are getting a lot done. Bee - Are they bringing you your mail? I was amused to discover that Lily is on a camping trip and will be returning tomorrow. They wanted her to have one last adventure with them. I didn't pick up too many things for her because I am not sure what they are giving me in the way of clothes, bedding and toys. Hopefully she can start with familiar stuff and then get new things along the way.

Sorry so late in getting back. We had no internet service for a bit. No clue why. Main thing is that it's up and running now.
June and Susi thanks....Miss LuLa got a very good report from the Vet. We are to continue to watch her paws...she tends to 'dig' a lot and I think that's what caused it. That, and the fact that she jumps in pine needles.....we can still continue to bathe her paws Vet said once a day is fine or 3 times a week. That is surely doable. Right now, she looks forward to it LOL. We give her the last of her medication today which is great.
Audrey I have not clue how to copy/paste from my phone. I'm lucky to remember what everyone says to post LOL. Enjoy your day. I missed your post completely.
June I wish I could drink diet soda. Anything with aspartame in it bothers my tummy. Then gain I down coffee by the gallon so that's how I get my kick LOL. Glad you are pleased with the balance of walking and working.
Susi when we adopted LuLa she came with a tiny cot that they said she slept on. When I say tiny I mean tiny...I kept it and I put her toys on it. She was bounced around a lot in her 6 years and was crated as well. She took over Luigi's blanket. It's as if she knew that he was another Boston Terrier. Now she sleeps on that as well as the blanket that was Rachel's.
I did get to read some today as I did 'lick and promise' cleaning. Just wasn't in the mood for much.
At least it stopped raining so we were able to get one good hood walk in. Now it's dark and I'm 'jammified' so that's it for me for today.
Sweet dreams all.......................just in case I don't pop back in.

MJ I hope Toots is feeling better and it's not a stone. Continued prayers for Laraine. Sorry you are expecting a rainy Thanksgiving. We are expecting a dry one but that's nothing new lately.
Cathy It's always good when the scale is down. Mine was down too and I was glad since I was up this past week. Oh well it is what it is. HBD to your DH. I hope he had a good one. I hope the battery is working now.
Ann I hope you had a good day.
June I told Kenneth we needed to go earlier this week but it was close to 10:30 before we got to HEB and yes it was very crowded. We need to pick up a few things at Walmart tomorrow and back to HEB on Wednesday. I told him we need to go as earlier than 10:00 on Wednesday. He is normally out feeding hay at that time so that's why it takes us longer to leave. I will get as much at WM as I can so maybe Wednesday's trip won't be very long. HEB is normally open until early afternoon on Thanksgiving but since WM decided to close on Thanksgiving this year they decided to close also so it will be a madhouse at both places on Wednesday. I figure on Friday there won't be anyone at HEB since it's Black Friday and they will all be at WM.
LaDonna Are you off all week? I got in 2 walks today and it was breezy and damp so my knee is hurting more. Now that I'm back the sun is out so go figure. We get in the 80's over the weekend. Then I had to unplug the AC and plug in the heater so same here. It's only up to 61 at 4:00 and that's not normal lately.

June I also drink a Diet Coke in the afternoons when I have my apple. It just seems to taste good together. I hope you get everything done.
Thanks Susi. No headache but I'm icing my knee right now. It seems to come in waves. Maybe since the sun has come out it will go away now. When do you pick up Lily?
Ann So glad Lula got a good report from the vet.

Thanks Becky. We also need a few things at Hannaford and Walmart. We'll hit them both tomorrow and hope for the best. If both places are busy we'll come home and make due with what we have lol.
Wild horses won't get me out on black friday with or without COVID. I detest crowds!
Praying the ice helps your knee.

This morning I had PT then we stopped at the the market and were able to pick up our turkey for Thanksgiving. I now have our part for Thursday which weβll drop off Wednesday or Thursday. Since snow is forecast for Tuesday and Thursday. Hopefully all be perfect. At least weβll be distanced and with our own family.
Hope everyone has a blessed Thanksgiving. Meals planned and tracked, movement continues with house walking and more stretching. Drinking water continues. Iβm continuing to smile as I focus on blue.
