Sally, I am so sorry about the blip, I hope you are feeling better today. The rich food has not agreed with me but nothing like that. I am very glad that your Thanksgiving was nice despite that.
Carol, I love the idea of putting an apple in the stuffing. The stuffing was our favorite part of the meal and I like the idea of stretching it with something lower calorie. Does he leave the peel on or peel it? One of my FB friends makes stuffing muffins (baking it in muffin tins) to limit portions -- something else I want to try.
It is wonderful that you had a good night's sleep - something we both struggle with. I hope you enjoyed your walk.
Jan, your menu sounds very yummy. Your tangerines make me want to drive to Cali! Many prayers to your cowboy cousin in my neck of the woods. This is the season of miracles may he and your family be blessed with one.
Yes I did: dispose of most of the leftovers and am OP-ish. Gym. Walk. Home ab circuit. Chores. Some (but too little) law.
Yes I can: more chores, be realistic that probably not too much law gonna get done, home ab circuit, gym, swim, and maybe a short walk -- weather permitting. Dark, gloomy, damp.
MF is helping me polish off the leftovers which is helping quite a bit. I think they should all be gone by tonight. Planning a movie night tonight and he wants more bread so I need to plan my eating to accommodate that. Now, to tidy up the house. I am expecting a visit from a friend and thank goodness for visits or else I would never clean!
