It's our NOvember challenge! This challenge will help us FOCUS on saying NO--otherwise known as mindful eating. Being in the moment with planning ahead and when you get to decisions about foods that you had not planned for, focusing right at that moment and making a healthier decision for you. Even if you go ahead and eat whatever it is, at least you will know that you thought about it first and CHOSE to eat it. Mindful eating, we got this!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycle, spin, swim, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, Pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday through Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins(WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs the month of November.

GOOD AM THANKSGIVING.I start over tomorrow. I am going to ask Scott for he whole wheat pasta I gave him. I am going to eat whole pasta and hunts tomato pasta with no added sugar. I have plenty of grapes.

Or maybe I will eat peanuts and grapes. I just had an ounce of peanuts and a cup of grapes. I would like to start over today. It is filling. And it is plant based. with vitamin 6 ounces of peanuts without added salt and vitamin is 30 points and then the grapes. it is 1600.

had Chinese food for Thanksgiving. will make whole wheat pasta for tomorrow. Then I will buy more tomorrow. I zoomed with my extended family in NY today. I bought Russell a Christmas gift. Hwe love es coffee and I bought him a Keurig; and some ups for it. now I know what to buy him, for his birthday . More k cups.
