While MJ is enjoying a well deserved weekend retreat, I'll get us started.

L - Grilled cheese w/roasted red peppers
D - LO venison chili with red onion, ff Greek yogurt, ff shredded sharp, crushed tortilla chips
E - Triple threat
A little light on the veggies today but that's so unusual that I won't worry about it.
