I will walk again first thing in the cold morning because it felt so good yesterday. I wish I could go hiking in the mountains because it should be so beautiful and clear. Instead I will be home and PTMH.Laundry is done so I can focus on continuing with gift wrapping and perhaps do a little bit of yardwork since the afternoons are fairly warm. Dinner is an unusual takeout from Trelio. I will have to look at the menu to tell you what we are eating but it sounded intriguing. Enjoy a relaxing day

I will PTMH. We will probably go to Walmart in the morning. I don't know how much movement I will have because it's supposed to be really windy but the rain will be gone ahead of the upcoming cold front.

Church Sunday and I want to do a little shopping afterwards. Planning to add another OP day to the list.
Audrey, Finished the book Sat. night. Yes, it was so good. I wish you could go hiking in the mts too. How far are you from them? Hope you will enjoy the take out. Before church I'm going to fix salisbury steak, rice, gravy, and blackeyed peas for the family. A real southern meal. I'll have to tweak mine a bit to make it point friendly.
Becky, I anticipate that I'll be house walking again as tomorrow is supposed to be our rainy day. Glad yall are getting the rain you need.

Great plans ladies. As for me, I shall continue to PTMH. I did more snacking than I wanted to... oh well, it happens.
Sweet dreams.

I will: track on ITB and MFP, hydrate, eat from power food list, use few if any weeklies.
It is a sunny beautiful day. I think my husband plans to finish his waterproofing project today and will harvest olives in the next week or so. I will probably end up making another LARGE container of pickled/brined olives to have next year. We talked to our daughter last night and will talk to our son and his family tonight. I am thinking about making a zucchini, potato, garbanzo bean curry for lunch but am wondering if my husband would eat it!
BEE: Hope you see improvement and healing every day!
MJ: I looked Woodloch up and it is lovely! I hope you make wonderful memories and are having a marvelous time!
ANN: So glad you are sleeping better! Hooray for owning your car free and clear! I am glad you chose NOT to shop on Black Friday weekend!
SUSI: I had not heard of the time it takes for a new pet and human to settle in. I am glad YOU know and that all is going as expected so far. Sorry Carol isn't up to the friendsgiving event but hope you have a good time!
JUNE: The world is a crazy place and I am thankful we have our acres of land at the end of the road and only have to go out and about infrequently during the pandemic. I wish our children could come visit or we could go there BUT it is what it is. I read a series by Emma Barry and Genevieve Turner set around the first astronauts sometime in the 60's...it reminded me a lot of that era and being a child during that period of time. Your book sounds interesting My daughter has three weeks left then five weeks to get ready for the next semester. She said she has some of next semester's coursework planned but a lot left to do. We also talked about virtual conferences and I am eager to hear what she thinks of the one she will be attending soon.
LADONNA: It must seem so QUIET at your house without Lucy! Will she be in the run when she gets back or will you try the electric fence again? Will the trainer train you and your family, too? Your Sunday lunch sounds yummy!
AUDREY: I love the sound of your hat - it sounds fun and warm! What in the world will you be doing between now and December 26? Whatever you end up doing...hope it will be wonderful!
BECKY: Hope that you are able to get the groceries you need without a lot of people/hassle.
PAM: π Hope you slept well.

Good morning, all!
It's our last morning of our 2020 retreat and Toots is still gently sawin' wood.
The early sky has streaks of pink and blue, no fog today.
We'll have one last lovely breakfast and then load up GracieTOO for the drive home.
It's been good.

Good morning all. Woke up feeling refreshed. Temperature is colder than yesterday.....25 right now. Brrrr. Frost on all the lawns around me.
Cathy happy you got to talk to your family. Great goals. Yes will just stay put until the weekend passes.
MJ sounds like the retreat was just what you and Toots needed to sustain yourselves.
Waving...and will CBL

Goooooood morning
Bee Hope that the NH has some activities for you to enjoy when you feel like it. My mom's facility manages to do quite a bit despite the Covid-19 limitations.
Audrey Thanks for the start! Love a beanie with a Pom Pom-- they are fun. I had a sock monkey hat which made me laugh. But I gave it away to a girl in need. Takeout on Sunday sounds like a great idea. Enjoy the crispness of the early morning.
Ann & LaDonna LOL. I like the idea that we had a "singalong" of sorts.
Ann Yep! Those cars that are paid off like extra appealing! My poor Escape has been many placrs for anyone to admire it. I think I added a little over 1000 miles since early March. R l keys to drive when we go for a ride.
Becky Hope that the rain and cooler temperatures do not bother your knees. Wishing you a quick i and out WMart run.
Cathy Which tracking method do you like better? Am sure your daughter will put her winter break to good use. I plan to ask IT for early access to the course shells. Also I will take time to learn more about Blsckboard. Have never had curry, but then laughably I stick to a mild to medium heat.
LaDonna I know you must really miss that rascal, Lucy. R & I also spend money on those inneed during the holiday. I think that this year it would include trying to spend $$ at small businesses.
Mj Not sure if you are at Woodloch for a long weekend or a week. Whenever you head home, I wish you safe travels.
Susi How is Carol feeling? Better I hope. What did you bring to the meal?
Pam Meant to ask did you have enough. Turkey soup to freeze? It's so tasty. Glad that you had a pleasant Thanksgiving weekend.

Sunday's goals Put in a measly hour or two in my study of revisions & tweking. Make sure that all my grading for last week is down.
Watch the Browns play if there is no Covid-19 cancellation.
Reorganized quite a few things in my study.
Our county is likely to go "purple" any time now.
