Nancy you are up early. I forgot to post my weight. Thought I could get here before you this morning HaHa. I actually had a 1 lb gain. Thanks for the congrats. It is a shock the way I have been going up and down. I am going to a meeting on Thurs so have to really buckle down this week. Enjoy your family and your beef stew. We will have leftover thanksgiving dinner tonight. I have to get back to tracking. I changed to green but haven't been faithful to track to see if it works. Happy first Sunday in Advent to you all.

Good Morning!!
I enjoyed my long weekend. Only added 3 miles Fri-Mon. I was lazy with exercise and very low on my steps. Got my Christmas decorating done. will probably start my baking this weekend and make the Chex mix.
I actually relaxed some over the weekend. Read and watched some Christmas movies.
Claudette: Congrats on being the Biggest Loser for the week.
Mimi: Congrats on being the Biggest Loser for the month of November. I have been doing the up and down with the weight for months.

Happy December Glad to hear everyone is doing good and looking forward to December. I am looking for a better month for me - this past week I've been slacking in tracking & waters have been about null!! I worked yesterday today I'm going to do a little shopping for the girls. Have a great day.

Good Morning!!
I had a good day yesterday. It was a busy one. Worked and went to Church to show condolences for the 55 year old man that died from Co-vid. It was closed casket. So sad.
I added a 2 mile WATP yesterday. I was so cozy this morning I did not want to get up. Thankfully I am off on Friday again.
Nancy: Hoping December is a good month. I have not been tracking regularly either. Water was good yesterday.
Claudette: Stay focused. You can do this.

Hello, I finally tracked the entire day! Got my steps in & drank 48oz waters. Yeah. I did a little christmas shopping yesterday - today I'm getting my hair cut. Happy Wednesday
