41 💚 DotRen 45 TOTAL!! When you were saying net carbs I figured there was some calculation that brought it down from a way higher number. YIKES, I just looked at my average carbs on MFP 🤦🏼♀️ of course a lot of that is from pumpkin pie last week 😂

lol yeah it can be shocking at first. The SAD (standard american diet) calls for around 300g carbs. But, getting carbs from non-starchy veggies and some dairy really does cut the carbs back a lot

When I started WW in 2011 the lowest points you could get was 29. In 2015? they lowered it to 26 and I thought I'd starve lol
