Good morning.
Virginia, I know it stinks that you can't go down to Florida, but you're making the right call on this one. I go through phases where I think things are okay-ish and when I think they're absolutely nuts. I know the reality is somewhere in between, but that'd be enough to keep me at home.
I failed at the switch replacement for the bathroom. The wiring is so old that I don't understand what they were did because the wires are all the same color and two switches are connected to one another even though one is a switch going nowhere...

Virginia, I think you are smart to stay home. I know it’s hard but hopefully next year will be better. My friend in Florida that I usually visit tested positive for Covid. So she had to spend Thanksgiving alone.

Thanks for the weekly start, Lou. Ugh, the light switch makes no sense. You might have to consult a pro. Thanks for the encouraging words about the Florida trip. I know it’s the sensible choice.
Hi Brenda, I’m sorry that your friend tested positive. I hope that she’s recovering and will be able to spend Christmas with others. Yes, it’s just best to stay close to home for awhile. But, wah!
It feels like winter here. It’s windy and we had snow flurries most of the day. The wind chill has been in the 20s all day. It was a good day to stay indoors. It will be a bit warmer tomorrow, which makes me happy since I have a late afternoon appointment.

Virginia - doing the smart, right thing is always hard. I am glad you will be home , well and safe.
Louis - my DD is so lucky to be married to an electrician. I hope everything is fixed and the dishes are clean.
Brenda - I hope your friend is doing ok.
Today was beach walking day. Lots of steps, shopping , coffee and sea glass collecting.
Steps are done.
Now working on getting the new lease revised.

Good morning, folks.
The dishwasher install yesterday was a bust. They broke the hot water valve and left us without hot water in the kitchen.
So, on Thursday the association has to turn water off to the entire building while the valves are replaced. Then we have to wait a couple more weeks for the installers to come back out.
Remember all that money we saved on flooring?
*dramatic sigh*

Louis - I’m so sorry the install went so wrong. There is nothing condo associations hate more than turning off water to a whole building. I think you should get the most expensive dishwasher there is to change your luck.
Brenda - I hope you found a fun way to get moving. How is Maddie? We found so much sea glass, thank you .
Virginia - I hope you are doing ok and have something to bring you joy.

Today started with body pump and 15 minute Blogilates abs workout. The rest of the day I spent walking to the zoo to meet girlfriends at the zoo. The zoo was empty , it was so nice. The temperature was around 60 and the animals looked so happy..

Louis - yay stuff is getting fixed. I hope the repairs are completed with no problems. I’m so sorry you can’t go to the zoo but I am glad you are staying safe.
Today I did Blogilates and yoga, it was a excellent start to the day. I think this flat is being show tomorrow so I started cleaning and organizing. I worked on the blouse I’m making, when it is done I will pack up the sewing machines. I am so excited to move. I had a a gynecologist appointment today, they do all the tests here no matter your age. The doctor said the women in Spain are the longest living in Europe.
My steps are almost done.

The repair was done and the water line filled the faucet with debris. So hot water is coming at a trickle now. ðŸ˜

Happy Friday,
Louis - we sign the new lease on the 18th and have to turn in the keys for the current flat on the 31st. Can you just take off the screen on the faucet? I hope you get water from the faucet.
Vicki - is AJ in school now or online learning. My friends in Denver with school age children are all back to online school
This morning I did body pump. Then cleaning , errands and wine with a great friend.
I hope everyone has a nice safe weekend.

Debbie AJ was virtual for the week after Thanksgiving. He goes back to class on Monday. He was also be virtual the week after winter break.

There will be a change in virtual meetings. The smaller local virtual meetings will be cancelled. There will be an app that allows you to find a meeting by the time of day and the day of the week. Also by the coach you are looking for. Also there will be a host of new virtual only coaches. We should get an email next week.
