I started today. just had a salad and grapes for dinner. I ate 30 ounces of Yukon potatoes and 1 cup of black beans . 4 c ups of salad. 4 tablespoons of wishbone fat free Italian. 6 cups of grapes. 4 meals of potatoes and black beans.

Hope all had merry Christmas., I decided to count calories 1540 tomorrow December 30.i got a treadmill now. It goes up to 3.7 miles. For 5 minutes I went at 1.1mph. That is where I am now. It is an apartment sized treadmill. it is low to ground has a front railing but no sides. You use a remote to up or down the speed. I will go on it tomorrow.. My Psychiatrist is calling tomorrow 130pm. I go shopping for food at 630am with Vanessa who helps me in my home. Scott showed me how to use the treadmill. I also bought aan old type doctor scale that uses wights to weigh. It is supposed to c one Thursday. It shipped with Fedex. but we have a storm coming tonight into tomorrow maybe up to 10 inches. but It started snowing a lot already. I am not going anywhere tomorrow.
