Yesterday was day one of a new week: 21/22 dailies used Today: 23/22 dailies used 34/35 weeklies remaining
Tracking on I Track Bites Conquer Cravings program...thought maybe the day before would average out (maybe a roll-over) but seems not.
Weight this morning: 174.4

(I don't recommend switching between plans to see the difference if you are new because all the info doesn't transfer over and you have to start all over again 😂)

I found out it does not switch over so you have to go back to the program you used that period of time to see what you ate. It is doable or you can double track on free app like My Fitness Pal (I have done that) or on paper (when doing Core and Conquer Cravings) for instance. You can see what you did but only if you switch back over...always thought it would be neat to plug in the food and see how you came out on all six versions at the end of the day...for a week or so.

This app is SO cool! I couldn't figure out why there was a 23 in a red circle on the app on my homepage. Usually that is for messages. So when I tracked my 3 point breakfast it went down to 20. THAT IS FREAKING AWESOME! 🤣

This app is SO cool! I couldn't figure out why there was a 23 in a red circle on the app on my homepage. Usually that is for messages. So when I tracked my 3 point breakfast it went down to 20. THAT IS FREAKING AWESOME! 🤣
I don't have a red circle but do have an arch with a number at the bottom on the right with target numbers and other things. It took me awhile to get the hang of it, figure out settings, etc. I have also watched a few YouTube videos explaining the app that also helped.
Which version of the app are you using?

cathygeha, I have that too on the dashboard when I open the app. I meant on my home screen of my device (where all of my apps are listed). There is a red circle with the amount of dailies left on it so I don't even have to open the app. V6.13.0
