dar1965 posted this link the other day. I want to shout this off of rooftops because even though I have been saying it for years now it seems people still don't know. So here we go again, if you are Liftetime and over goal you should not be paying over $14.95 a month for eTools(digital), this includes the Virtual Meetings as an added LT benefit. Below is the link that talks about it, use the 24/7 chat option, or FB messenger, or call (long wait so last resort) (800) 651-6000 but make sure you aren't paying more than $14.95 for eTools & VM!! Make sure you have your LT # (the membership card they gave you or on the back of an old weigh in book) or have them look it up. Chances are your account isn't linked to your meeting room and online has no way of knowing you are LT. From the link "Free digital access will automatically extend to the last day of the next month.* If you exceed your goal weight by more than 2 lbs, that’s okay—once a LIfetime member, always a Lifetime member! You will be charged $14.95 per month until you’re back within range."

Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!!! I wasn't able to get it done via chat, but called the toll-free number and got it done. I am 2.2 lbs. from goal, but will have to drive 50 miles to weigh in, once I reach goal and hope that their scale and mine are in sync, to get a voucher for free eTools.

sunshinep396, Great job being so close to goal! I'm a Lifetime member below goal and I have free etools with an account that runs into the future. I find all of the information coming from WW now very confusing and overwhelming, but I don't think it really impacts me yet - thank goodness - because so far on site weigh-ins aren't being required until the beginning of March. I don't know yet if I can get into a virtual meeting because apparently my etools account isn't linked to my WW account. I don't think I care right now. But with the understanding that this is my perspective - I'd just like to make a couple of comments about your post. Firstly, if I were you I'd try to give myself enough leeway before I'd drive the 50 miles to be sure that my scale and the WW scale at the workshop aren't too far apart. At one time my scale and the WW scale were 3 lbs + different. Secondly, please be aware that there are no vouchers anymore. They haven't been given out since last January or February, before workshops shut down. Now you have to weigh-in every month and you get free etools automatically until either the end of the next month or until 8 weeks from your weigh-in, I'm not sure which. I don't know how that works if you're first starting out under goal now - I guess you do have to go weigh-in on site to prove that you're at goal, but hopefully you'll get the same automatic extension that other LT members do until 3/1. Good luck, and again, great that you're so close to goal!

sunshinep396 sorry Pam I totally missed your post. susan092907 gave you some great information but I am curious, if you are LT (even over goal) you shouldn't be worrying about weighing in right now or driving 50 freaking miles. Call them again girl! (BTW I still call them vouchers too, I think all of us old-timers will still call them eTools vouchers forever 🤣)

(BTW I still call them vouchers too, I think all of us old-timers will still call them eTools vouchers forever 🤣) I call them vouchers too referring to the actual cards that used to be handed out that no longer are. I also call the tracker, connect and all the other app/website stuff etools. But then again I pretty much still use the terms meeting, leader, receptionist, etc. Another old-timer.

DebDoesWW, thank you, thank you, thank you. I am lifetime over goal, and called the 1-800 number this morning. No wait time at all. Got my account changed to $14.95. Was told this was new for LT members starting 12/1. She said that the rate will stay the same even when I go back to live workshops. Woo Hoo! Said LT members were their best advertising. Seems to be a change in attitude towards LT members.

santex yay!!! I think the part they changed was the - not having to pay for each meeting you are over goal - because the $14.95 part has been in effect for eTools when you go over for years, that is why I always have talked about it and said if you are paying more than $14.95 reach out to them. It used to be if you were over goal, you'd pay $14.95 for the eTools AND $15 per meeting. Now the meetings are included and it is just the $14.95. So once again, all LT over goal or LT with no meeting options GET IN TOUCH WITH THEM!!!

But if I could do the VM for the $14.95 then it might be worthwhile to do it. I am not doing in person meetings now (due to Covid) but it would be great to be able to do the meetings for $14.95. That would cause me to at least think about going back. It doesn't say anything in the link about the $14.95 including either VM or in person meetings. Is there anywhere that that is documented?

Kitty it is the very first line at the above link. "Lifetime membership is a way for us to recognize and honor members who have reached—and maintained—their personal weight loss goal. When you achieve Lifetime, >>>>you'll receive a free subscription to our digital tools and unlimited Workshops! <<<<<" Plus there is huge thread over on the general board where it is discussed. It is the real deal.
