I was doing well till evening yesterday. I have recorded for the day and still have some weeklies left, whew! DebDoesWW, How will you portion out those pretzels? They look divine!

New week. I feel like my last week went really well, eating-wise. I did go over on carbs one day, but overall I'm happy with it. Planning on 35g carbs daily this week.

I managed the GHG's...need to find out how to remove one vitamin from the health checks on ITB...wonder if I can?

12/14 27P/31W cathygeha, they were! 🤣 I shared with everyone so I didn't plow through them myself! They were amazing. I don't see a way to edit the GHGs. irisinnia everyone needs a date night every now and then!! It's the getting back at it part that makes the difference, good job 😉

I am thinking it is probably an option, if at all, to adjust the GHG's IF you do pro instead of free...might ask on the ITB participants group on Facebook. Also...good job sharing out t he goodies rather than hoarding to eat them all yourself

Scale: 174 (lowest so far since May was 173.8)

cathygeha if you click on the "pro" it shows the options it has and that one isn't listed. So unfortunately I don't think those can be changed. I just use it to remember to take zinc in addition to the multi. 12/15 23P/31 😇😂
