And I forgot....one super simple project for today also.. Gotta use up a few fabric scraps and make little catnip pillows as Christmas gifts for the kitties.

Yikes ! Hope each of you is enjoying your Sunday!
Got to church today- and did get a nice walk in afterward. Think we have some warmer weather heading here, so all that lovely snow will melt in a few days. I did get to make some catnip pillows for the kitties...I know my older cat knew exactly what they were all about and enjoyed playing with it. The kitten was a bit less sure of playing with it, but she is so silly its hard to tell what she is doing sometimes.
I did snoop through my fabric for fabric for one last gift that i want to make- which I will put together tomorrow or Tuesday. Dd#1 returns to work tomorrow, so that means I am babysitting tomorrow. It will be the first time I have had the baby for any great length of time- Dgd #2 is used to me...hope the day goes easily.

Ginny, sorry you were left here alone all day. I don't even know what I did with all my time even though it may seem like I got a bit done. I really wasted a lot of the day though. I did get two of those last three pocket shawls completely done and will make myself finish the other tonight. Pockets are pinned on already to hopefully my stitching in sewing them is ok. The one that I got done where I had to sew the pockets was the one made of Homespun so you can't see the stitches even if you do mess up. Ginny you are a busy girl making all those gifts. I know the kitties loved their catnip pillows and Jane is going to love the cup organizer. You sill have a bit of work ahead of you in making the two baby quilts. When is your grand nephew due? I'm still surprised that some that have babies due in May and June already know if boy or girl. If my dgd knows she didn't tell me.
Ok going to go up and get that last pocket shawl. I can't believe it's a new week again already. When Friday came I was shocked that it was here so soon but that may be due to me feeling on Tues that it was Sunday.I really need to get out tomorrow to do that errand I didn't do because of bad wind then next day snow.I also have to mail those letters I wrote.
