Neen, your right, the anxiety is just wrong. Our raises aren't tied to the scores yet. But our performance evaluation is. so is the overall building score which determines how much money they get from the state.
So kids like mine pull the scores down. That's why administration puts so much pressure on the kids every day with reminders, motivational sayings, etc. It has kids going crazy. But if the building scores well the state gives us money. If we don't we go on an "action plan".
It just awful

HI everyone.
Rainy day here too. . I went to see an orthopedic PA today. She said PT will really help me and I don't need surgery, or a brace, or shots. So looking forward to PT tomorrow!
I've been bored since I hate hanging around doing nothing so I just made the 3-Ingredient banana oatmeal cookies that someone posted here a while ago. They're pretty good as long as you don't expect them to taste like real cookies!
Hope everyone has a good day.

Snow and rain overnight. Really just slush this morning. WI was back down. Dropping the chocolate does make a difference. Blue dots adding up which is a good thing. Have a great day everyone!

A quick check in on a busy day.I walked this morning, then we went to town for a Wally and feed store run.Came home to eat lunch, took a shorter walk this afternoon. It's beautiful and 87(a little too warm too early)but heading for about 3 days of a little cooler weather. Our auto insurance company is holding a big chicken fried steak dinner at 6:00.I will snack before and just eat the sides.Too many SP and carbs for something that's not my favorite food even.
I heard from my niece this afternoon. She is doing okay but is in pain and exhausted. She can't get comfortable so she's not sleeping well. Her red blood count is low so they are keeping her through tomorrow and if it gets any lower they will give her a transfusion. The Dr is very pleased with the surgery outcome. So it's mainly just waiting to see if the rest of the kidney will function at 100%.

doordie50 I didn't tell you I had made a commercial? 100gone So glad you got the encouraging report...whew! I am starting PT on Thursday, I have gone long enough not dealing with my rotator cuff, but hardly in the league that you are dealing with... borntexan I'm glad that your niece is getting good news from the doctor; ODAT. sullicat1 I hope you'll give it a try if you're interested. While I have definitely been treated of specifics along the way, usually the practitioner decides what to treat as they do their mumbo-jumbo. It is absolutely at the top of the list of things that have made my life better.
