2 cans of progresso chick peas is 40 grams of protein enough for me. I am doing blue also. I get 1380 calories in blue, I buy vegetarian broth without fat. to cooke the 32 ounces of broccoli and 2 cans of rinsed chick peas. I use 8 cups of veggie broth but pour out the3 remaining broth in the colander. I cook in my copper chef on the induction plate. Mad a batch tonight for tomorrow. eat throughout the dat. lots of fiber and the chickpeas add enough protein.

the broccoli is frozen. I DRINK CRSTAL LITE FRUIT PUNCH.

I m eating 5 cups of scooked weet potatoes. 32 ounces of steamed broccoli or 2 packages and q1 cup and 1/4 black beans.
