doordie50, I have never really given Points Plus a real try. I am most comfortable with the first version of the points program that I was in in 1998/9 but I Track Bites has smooshed together a number of the early points counting programs to create something similar. I like Core but have more versatility counting points, I think. Points Plus has free fruit/veg but you "pay" for those on Conquer Cravings/earlier points. Need to give Carb Conscious a real try sometime.
CORE: Only one point for high fiber low calorie bread...everything else was Core
MY FITNESS PAL: 1043 calories with a target of 1290 calories...am sure that the garlic, onion and perhaps tsp olive oil were not counted...or I screwed up somewhere but am definitely satisfied and not hungry.
CONQUER CRAVINGS: 21/22 daily points used (have a feeling all my weeklies are gone and then some)
CARB CONSCIOUS: 25/26 daily points used (see above about weeklies and accuracy)
I think it is interesting that they gave me 78 calories for walking 20 minutes and one activity point for the other programs.
I am still dithering about the program to do in January.
