Today was weigh-in day and all I was hoping for was a maintain and I crushed it. No clue how that happened since I went off the rails a few days but jumped right back on track.
So I am exactly .2 of a pound less than when the thyroid went wonky back in 2018? somewhere in there and the losing stopped. As long as I am not gaining I'll take it. Woot woot!

Well, the indulgent days have caught up with me. I am a smidge over 180 and wishing I had held firm and could say it was 174 or less...
My goal is to use the next four days to get set for an OP year in 2021 that includes exercise. I have twenty minutes walk in so far today and will increase daily adding in other exercise periodically.

Today I did an experiment...would NOT want to do this every day but might do it for another day...or two...maybe?
MFP(calories) = 1265/1290 calories with 78 unused calories when adding in those from 20 minutes walking
CORE: ate one non-core food or non-power food item
Conquer Cravings/old 123 Points/Winning Points/Momentum(using fat/fiber/calories for points) 20/22 Daily Points and no weeklies used
Carb Conscious/old Points Plus: 23/26 daily points eaten and no weeklies used
What is interesting is that I still have points on both of the I Track Bites/Weight Watchers old plans so could have a glass of milk and still come out okay on any of the programs.

I set my paper tracker up to track all four again today...not sure whether or not it will happen but am two meals in so figure it probably will

doordie50, I have never really given Points Plus a real try. I am most comfortable with the first version of the points program that I was in in 1998/9 but I Track Bites has smooshed together a number of the early points counting programs to create something similar. I like Core but have more versatility counting points, I think. Points Plus has free fruit/veg but you "pay" for those on Conquer Cravings/earlier points. Need to give Carb Conscious a real try sometime.

Are you doing Conquer Cravings, Carb Conscious or another version of ITB?

Wednesday Tracking
CORE: Only one point for high fiber low calorie bread...everything else was Core
MY FITNESS PAL: 1043 calories with a target of 1290 calories...am sure that the garlic, onion and perhaps tsp olive oil were not counted...or I screwed up somewhere but am definitely satisfied and not hungry.
CONQUER CRAVINGS: 21/22 daily points used (have a feeling all my weeklies are gone and then some)
CARB CONSCIOUS: 25/26 daily points used (see above about weeklies and accuracy)
I think it is interesting that they gave me 78 calories for walking 20 minutes and one activity point for the other programs.
I am still dithering about the program to do in January.

I still zero out the fruits that were zero under Points Plus, keeping in mind a large apple is two servings and so on.

DebDoesWW, So you are counting the points for fruits. How did you decide to do Conquer Cravings instead of Carb Conscious? Just curious.
doordie50, Did you download I Track Bites and if so are you tracking using Carb Conscious (which is supposedly like Points Plus)?
