Today is the last day of 2020. Hooray! I have agendas, apps, ideas, and good intentions for 2021 and am raring to go!

CORE: 1/5 non-core foods eaten
CONQUER CRAVINGS: 21/22
CARB CONSCIOUS: 25/26
Start a new week on Saturday and probably have NO weeklies left. I am still up in the air as to which program is "better" - am thinking in summer with the plentiful fruit the carb conscious might be but for losing and getting to goal weight...conquer cravings.
STATS for this year:
January 1 = 202.4 High weight of 2020 = February 11 at 207.2 (my birthday)
May 16: 203.4 and started I Track Bites the next day at 202.4
Hey everyone! Just dropping in for some good old accountability. PointsPlus 44/34. A little higher than I wanted to be but eating out for 2 meals is tough. Looking forward to this new year of scale progress! I will be the thinnest I've ever been by this time next year. I can't wait to see it!

I feel like I have been treading water the last few months BUT am thinking positive and telling myself my body needed time to regroup, settle in withe loss so far and will now be ready to reach goal sometime in the coming year.
