I have 52 affirmations and will put one out there every week for us to consider. We can also choose one for ourself for the week that we prefer.
I will also include a habit we might want to adopt OR we can choose one of our own that we want to work on.

Week 1 of 2021
I am active and full of energy
1. Throw out stuff you know you’re not going to use. If you haven’t used it for more than 6 months and don’t know what it’s for, get rid of it. (maybe choose one thing?)
1. Make sure you chew your food well Most people gobble down their food, and don’t take the time to chew or enjoy it properly. If you’re one of these people, try slowing down your eating by chewing your food longer than you would normally do. You’ll enjoy the taste of your food more, and you’re likely to eat less too.
