It can be anything from gardening or doing some stretches to walking, running, yoga, cycling, swimming, zumba, or spinning, or anything in between. YOU decide what constitutes being active for you! * Check in and tell us how you're progressing toward your monthly goal. * You can check in as often as you'd like. The thread will be posted daily. * Everyone welcome. You can start anytime you want to. * If you only want to track your daily minutes and post here that is fine, too. You don't have to keep track for the month.

Happy New Year ~ Hope we have a healthy, happy, productive year that is just what we are hoping for!
I didn't walk after all yesterday but will today...also will throw in some wall pushups and squats and stretching and stuff.
