Hello Everyone amyrs - Hope you can get to WW this Saturday. DotRen - Thanks for the information on the relaxation technique. I have a lot of trouble clearing my mind, I always have thoughts racing through my head. I might last 1 minute, but maybe I could work up to 5 minutes. wwlurker - I'm glad to hear you are doing well. It does help to be able to control snacks, I have success when I do that. Hope you can find some time for self-care If you are talking about the Fudge Brownie M&Ms - too late, been there, done that I do like to try the new flavors when they come out, but my favorite are just the plain Milk Chocolate. I'm sticking with my plan pretty well. I did have a day earlier this week where I felt like I could quit, but the feeling went away. It does feel good not to binge and to get rid of most of the high fat/high sugar foods I was eating. Hope all of you are doing well too

I’ve been so bad about checking in here lately. I got to be better because I do feel the support that we all have together. I’m not doing the best but still working to get fully back on track. Headed out for a walk with my dog.

I agree with you that it helps to post and get support, hope you can get fully back on track. I'm doing pretty well, made it through 2 weeks without any overeating or bingeing. I've had a few days where I was hungry and it was good to actually feel that again, since it's been a long time since I let myself get to that point. Not having a lot of food choices has helped too and I'm going to try to continue to eat that way and hopefully won't get tired of it. I have slacked on exercise and I really need that every day. It's so easy not to do anything. I hope I can be motivated to get back to that as a regular part of my day. Take care everyone!

Hello everyone!
I did not end up sticking to my points this week. We have family movie night on Fridays, and I've not been doing very well at managing those evenings, which are right before my WI on Saturday morning. I did still lose a bit, though. I just wasn't down as much as I was earlier in the week.
Yesterday DH went to the Dr., and he reported back that he has lost some weight. He weighs 5 pounds more than me right now, and he's a foot taller! I told him that he needs to stop losing weight so that we can widen the gap! Like me, he's been slowly losing over the past couple of years, not intentionally but just due to lifestyle changes.
I'm doing fairly well so far this week in terms of sticking to points. But, I have been slipping on the quality of what I have been eating and making sure that I am eating throughout the day. Things have been a bit topsy-turvy here due to increased covid-19 restrictions.

Hope you can work something out to help you through your movie nights on Fridays. I'm still doing well staying within my points/calories, but I can't get myself to start exercising again. I sure wish I'd never stopped from the routine I had a few years ago. It's really difficult to start after stopping for so long. I know I just need to set some small goals, even just walking for 5 minutes without stopping. So hopefully I'll give that a try. I hope all of your are doing well. Take care

Good morning. I'm just checking in. I'll post on Saturdays as that is when I average my weight for the week and post the average. It doesn't look good for a loss, but I still have two days before Saturday morning averaging.

Hello Everyone - Hope you are all doing well and enjoying your weekend tracker - Hope your weight loss was good for the week. I've made it through 3 weeks staying on track and tracking my food. I've only had a few days in there where I felt like I wanted to overeat or binge, so I figure that's pretty good. Hope I can keep this up. I'm still double tracking calories and points and I think I'll keep doing it because if I drop the points, then when they lower after losing 10 pounds (Momentum plan), I might just keep eating the same calories. I'm sure my metabolism is pretty slow so I will need to eat less every 10 pounds for awhile. Take care!
