It can be anything from gardening or doing some stretches to walking, running, yoga, cycling, swimming, zumba, or spinning, or anything in between. YOU decide what constitutes being active for you! * Check in and tell us how you're progressing toward your monthly goal. * You can check in as often as you'd like. The thread will be posted daily. * Everyone welcome. You can start anytime you want to. * If you only want to track your daily minutes and post here that is fine, too. You don't have to keep track for the month.

Today: Have done half of what is written below BUT will do the other half before lunch! I am FOCUSED! walking while reading = two 20 minute sessions = 40 minutes 10 each wall pushups, squats and calf raises

Yeah mostly DW didn't want to walk in heavy rain on Saturday. I did ride outside as I don'[t have a stationary bike set-up.
Sunday: A brief but nice weather break. Bike 90', 35' yoga, and did zoom WW meeting.
Back to torrential rain again today.
