This thread was started before the dawn of time by Amazons who needed to compare their stats with other Amazons. Over time it grew into a community of incredible women who try to keep their spirits in the clouds and their feet on the ground, moving toward health. Most of us start at 5'7 and go up from there, from young singles to wise and lively elders of the tribe. We welcome newcomers who are willing to be kind and share a bit of their lives.

Aloha, Long and Lovelies!!
Wednesday! We made it halfway! DS is all better now, after fighting off the last remaining bits of his bug yesterday. You know the boy is doing better if he is cracking jokes by the end of the day! LOL.
Frieda, I have to say, it is so impressive how much you have recommitted and are leading us through this challenge! Good for you! Is Spring hitting in your neck of the woods yet??
Andrea, good luck at WI! Tracking is definitely a key component there.....
Colleen, I hope you and BBQB can find a way to stay on track together. It's always easier if you both are on board, one way or another.
Shari, did you stay dry yesterday? Has the rain passed?
Okay, I need to start figuring out what my day looks like. Enjoy all!!!

Good morning. Blue dot accomplished for yesterday -- progress. Now I have to bumped up the exercise. With the intensity of this week, I'm glad I'm at least doing okay with the food points.
Back to work.

Hi CaTs. Andrea, good luck w your WI - hope you do better than same! MCat, good for DS and a return to good health. Our rain continues; yesterday poured throughout. Flood watches aplenty in the area. Still wet/rainy this am and now though sun is in the day's forecast. Sure isn't showing up.
I am cranky; apologies in advance. Made a bunch of dr-related phone calls I needed to make - reschedules, etc. Have a mole that needs looking at, a tooth that's bugging, blahblah. Bunch of lessons later, and running late. I am not interested; just want to be home. I am hard to stir and between regular responsibilities, weather dreariness, and irregular hours of job responsibilities, I am a ton of bricks.
Second day with a blue dot yesterday. I tracked, tracking again today. Yes, Frieda, I do want to lose. Have long wanted to be in lower decade but not enough sufficient motivation to send myself there. Would be so pleased if i did! My happy hovering has been 161, not where I am now.
Dreams don't help me, I realize as I type this. Always SO Very detailed and lingering, particularly today. Not necessarily awful, just cluttering and distracting, maybe sad.
T, we aren't selling house at this time. DS is taking over the manor and very anxious to do so. He will rent and rule. I hope he is up to the challenge but is very into the plan. We are to be apt dwellers for now and how long that lasts will be revealed as we try it out.
Saturday we go to DD's college for Relay for Life - her big ACS fundraising event of the year there. She is a dedicated leader among other strong leaders of that charge there - so proud and happy for her - feeling passionate about a cause.
OK. Going out w my fave four-legged guy. Then a shower and finding a favorite thing to wear to boost this mood. Best thoughts to all my CaTs.

Back from WI...lost a pound which means I'm about where I started at the beginning of the last session. Hopefully there will be less stress the next few months so I can make a dent on my WL.
Shari, sorry you are having a rough day! Hope spending time with that handsome poodle gets you in a better frame of mind!
T, here's to finding time for exercise...I know I have too many other distractions in my life these days.
MCat, glad DS is feeling better and I hope you don't catch it!
Has anyone tried Ritz Crisp and Thins? I had a coupon and bought a couple of bags last weekend because sometimes you just need a little crunchy treat. The serving size is definitely enough to satisfy - matter of fact, I could 1/2 it - and only 4 SP for a whole lot of flavor (I got the cream cheese and onion).
Wishing you all a fabulous afternoon!!

Andrea, I don't know those crackers. There is another one they speak of on Connect.
I'm just flying in. My in laws furniture was removed so I've been putting the inexpensive rugs I purchased down. It looks slightly de-Grammafied. Fortunately the couch in the front room is new and is what you see when you walk in the front door.
I'm thinking about doing a Yoga class tonight. I didn't get on TM yesterday or today. Oh well, I'll do that tomorrow. Need to increase my running time. I'm a wimp and nervous about it.
I'll chat later. Glad you are working toward those blue dots. I swear by them.
