If you have wondered what this challenge is all about it has to do with making a change and focusing on that change for 100 days. It can be related to anything YOU want to work on: weight loss, exercise, housekeeping, reading, practicing, organizing...the sky is the limit.
After you decide what you want to work on you show up daily and post how you did with a "face" that indicates how the previous day went.

So it wasn't bad. I have a busy day today and plan to cook dinner(s). I will stop at the grocery store after my medical appointment at 3:40. I'm trying a new yoga class tonight too. I hope work is better today than it was yesterday. Almost made my steps, did not hydrate or track. Food choices weren't terrible & I slept well. I got some fresh air. I can do this again today only a little better!
- Tracked and was within points. Scale is back down to within goal range and as long as I stay focused it will continue to move in the right direction.
- Cleaned out the refrigerator. Also we put away the Christmas tree and other decorations (we being mostly my husband and son).
My little oops is that I’m trying to come here towards the end of my day but forgot yesterday until I was in bed and my IPad was out charging. I’ll work on that because I like the idea of reporting at the end of the day when things are fresh in my mind.
Today I’ll deal with some small stacks of paperwork and files that have accumulated in our bedroom.
