π― 100 Day Challenge π― If you have wondered what this challenge is all about it has to do with making a change and focusing on that change for 100 days. It can be related to anything YOU want to work on: weight loss, exercise, housekeeping, reading, practicing, organizing...the sky is the limit. After you decide what you want to work on you show up daily and post how you did with a "face" that indicates how the previous day went. YOU CAN START ANY DAY OF THIS CHALLENGE! We would love to have you with us! ~ Dates for this challenge: Thursday October 15, 2020 through Saturday January 23, 2021 ~ and will hopefully help us get through more of the pandemic and achieve something we would like to accomplish as we move through the holidays into a new year. GOALS πΆββοΈ ποΈββοΈπ§ exercise/activity: 20 minutes (minimum) per day π±π Tracking every BLT on ITB π§½π π§ΉHouse Goals - ten minutes daily (minimum) πΆββοΈ ποΈββοΈπ§ ~ was moving but no intentional exercise. Was busy in the kitchen cooking and cleaning...today will do more intentional movement π±π ~ Tracked - way over points but have weeklies left and that is what they are there for...so used them π§½π Haven't exercised yet today but the intention to do so is still there...scale up again but the big dip into weeklies is probably the culprit.

Yes! It can be done! I had a great day. Tracked, made good food choices, hydrated better but still not where it needs to be, got fresh air and steps, but slept poorly . The scale is back down from where it was (scary) though still not where I'd like it to be. I did not snack yesterday though I really wanted to. Still unsettled with the return to work and stress & frustration there. Today is another busy day and another intention to cook but it depends on time and how I feel when it gets to be close to 5 and very dark. We'll see. I made an appointment to try and get the covid vaccine. I thought I was in this next group, and I may be, but I'm not sure if I truly am. I am a healthcare worker but I'm not in a patient setting but am an RN. RNs are on the list but maybe meant for those dealing with (knowingly) sick people. I also thought my age put me in the group, but now it says 75 and they're not even paying much attention to any age yet for this group. So I have my license and a copy of what I read on the state's website and since no one answered the phone when I tried to call I will just show up and see what happens. I will make today another great day! You all do the same!

klf722 , Go you! Hope you can get the vaccine soon.
I made some questionable choices for lunch yesterday (ahem full fat cheese) but still somehow managed to be okay point-wise.
