π― 100 Day Challenge π― If you have wondered what this challenge is all about it has to do with making a change and focusing on that change for 100 days. It can be related to anything YOU want to work on: weight loss, exercise, housekeeping, reading, practicing, organizing...the sky is the limit. After you decide what you want to work on you show up daily and post how you did with a "face" that indicates how the previous day went. YOU CAN START ANY DAY OF THIS CHALLENGE! We would love to have you with us! ~ Dates for this challenge: Thursday October 15, 2020 through Saturday January 23, 2021 ~ and will hopefully help us get through more of the pandemic and achieve something we would like to accomplish as we move through the holidays into a new year. GOALS πΆββοΈ ποΈββοΈπ§ exercise/activity: 20 minutes (minimum) per day π±π Tracking every BLT on ITB π§½π π§ΉHouse Goals - ten minutes daily (minimum) πΆββοΈ ποΈββοΈπ§ ~ minutes per day on average so hooray! π±π ~ New week starts today! π§½π ~ Will be clean by evening!
klf722, My DIL said that her first shot was just a sore arm but the second was like what you experienced...she was miserable! Not sure what company hers was from.
doordie50, I agree that the vaccine sounds not so fun to have BUT would opt to have it anyway to avoid Covid-19!

Friday I felt great! Thank goodness. Not looking forward to that again. OK day. Got my fresh air, steps, sleep & hydration was pretty good too. Food choices fair but not tracking. Weekend is here! Yay!
