If you have wondered what this challenge is all about it has to do with making a change and focusing on that change for 100 days. It can be related to anything YOU want to work on: weight loss, exercise, housekeeping, reading, practicing, organizing...the sky is the limit.
After you decide what you want to work on you show up daily and post how you did with a "face" that indicates how the previous day went.

I had a decent day yesterday. Still haven't tracked. Ate pretty well. Scale the same - I'm up a little but not a real concern. I feel it's definitely manageable. I just placed a Whole Foods order and plan to cook some recipes when it arrives. I am finishing an audiobook, so can listen while I prep and cook. Book Club on Zoom is at 4:30 so I have plenty of time. I did some straightening up yesterday. Put away all the cookie tins and cookie guns, the electric ones I use to make the butter cookies. (Wearever Super Shooter) I have several and alternate parts and motors since they don't make them anymore. One that I bought on eBay last year post season has a weak motor but good pins and barrel. I put stuff back in boxes but I'll need to figure out all over again next year which work best. I want to do my thank yous today too. I have a realistic agenda and hoping to get it done!
