Not sure this is 100% accurate but I stopped eating when satisfied and did not eat MORE to reach target points on any of the programs. I am still not sure which program is better so might continue a few more days then decide.
Conquer Cravings: 15/22
Carb Conscious: 21/26
Sugar Smart: 21/30
I can't believe that the points target is really that high on sugar smart BUT...35 weeklies for Conquer Cravings OR 49 for Carb conscious OR 28 for Sugar Smart
A new week starts on Saturday with all weeklies available again
