🤦🏼♀️ not enough coffee I was adding the maintenance to the weeklies instead of dailies 🤣 Okay so you are doing a version of SmartPoints and it is only giving you 33? yes that is odd. Good for you for adjusting it up young grasshopper.
Honestly I wonder (and have wondered all along) how they can get away with blatantly copying the WW program. (We KNOW WW has a plethora of lawyers out there 🤣) Maybe they have to do minor "tweaks" to get away with it? I really don't know. I have noticed a few inconsistencies so I can only think they do it to avoid the legal route.
The users of the program I would have to assume are vastly ex-WWs so I guess they just do the adjustments themselves to compensate.
*Deleted original post to avoid confusion for anyone reading but left it in borntexan's post so it didn't look like she was talking to herself 🤣
Yes...finally...after two months of upping and downing I have finally broken through the plateau! I looked back over the graph and found that at each decade I seemed to stall a bit BUT it moved within a week or so...not this past plateau, though. I know that 176-ish was a number I held easily for years off and on and have told myself that it was good for my body to stay there to adjust and tighten skin so persisted and now have told myself my body must be ready to drop some more weight.
That said...my husband says I am "fine" now - I told him I was not and that I would be better off at goal weight. He went on and on BUT he does like to say HE has lost weight and is where he should be on the chart...go figure!
The other thing I have decided is that I *know* and lost weight in 1998/9 and reached goal on it then so will stick with conquer cravings and not triple or quadruple track.
So...onward and downward on the scale I go.
ALSO...confetti fell as I tracked my morning weight. Since May, on ITB, I have lost 30 pounds!
