π― 100 Day Challenge π― If you have wondered what this challenge is all about it has to do with making a change and focusing on that change for 100 days. It can be related to anything YOU want to work on: weight loss, exercise, housekeeping, reading, practicing, organizing...the sky is the limit. After you decide what you want to work on you show up daily and post how you did with a "face" that indicates how the previous day went. YOU CAN START ANY DAY OF THIS CHALLENGE! We would love to have you with us! ~ Dates for this challenge: Thursday October 15, 2020 through Saturday January 23, 2021 ~ and will hopefully help us get through more of the pandemic and achieve something we would like to accomplish as we move through the holidays into a new year. GOALS πΆββοΈ ποΈββοΈπ§ exercise/activity: 20 minutes (minimum) per day π±π Tracking every BLT on ITB π§½π π§ΉHouse Goals - ten minutes daily (minimum) πΆββοΈ ποΈββοΈπ§ ~ ? none yesterday and waiting to walk today...I will get the 20 minimum in on average per day this week π±π ~ tracked and OP π§½π ~ need to do dishes but will get them done before the day ends...hopefully!
Waiting to hear from a friend that may pick up some dishwasher tabs for us. She is going to the supermarket in search of fresh milk as long-life does not agree with her. She said there is none anywhere. The three week lock-down is going to be tough on many.
ladyloser68, Here's to both of us having better success at the tracking thing! I am so ready to see the scale drop again!
@ doordie50, I am hanging...sometimes it feels by fingertips but...I won't give up!

Rough day at work yesterday but I got my steps, a little bit of fresh air (it's cold!), slept pretty well, made decent food choices, did not track and hydration needs work. Had a great Book Club meeting on Sunday. 2 of the 3 books we read we loved! The Midnight Library by Matt Haig & The Vanishing Half by Brit Bennett.
