Ibuprofen please. Regular spin yesterday morning followed by a 75 minute virtual spin ride last night = sore. But very happy!

Guess what the suggested gift for 44 years of marriage is...groceries! Today is my 44th anniversary and DH Googled it. He is actually in town and we are going to a favorite restaurant called Marker 32 on the intracoastal. They have great seafood. So I will be eat lightly today!

Happy Anniversary Linda!
Storms headed this way later in the morning or early afternoon. Hoping that they are lesser than expected.
One more thing about the amazing rash mystery....My friend in NY who had the same thing reported that a guy at work just talked about having the same thing. He had 12 days of the mystery virus. That makes 4 people...two here...two in NY that I know of. Has to be a virus. I am going with that.
WI day today. I am still stuck in the same spot where I was before the prednisone. I keep hovering in a 2 lb spread. I don't even want to waste the time going to the center. I am still annoyed that all of this "sticking" happened when I finally started to pay for meetings to get to goal. I know it will move but not happy about paying for it. Even though I think the meetings are okay I did not stay the last time I went. It messes with my work schedule. I don't know if I will go or not. If I don't I will weigh with clothes and record.
Sorry....whining...Good Thursday to All!

Happy Anniversary, lmenglish! I definitely think eating out is better than groceries! Susi, I'm glad you're fall didn't cause any repercussions. I am off to PT in a bit; have put off this rotator cuff long enough! Have a good one!

Linda-congratulations! And I was impressed that I'm going to hit 18 years next month! I love hearing stories of long marriages, it gives me hope!
We are on the third day of PSSA testing for ELA. And we have people coming to visit and observe the room this afternoon. So I had to rearrange the whole schedule so it met their expectations.
And I'm just in one of those "I don't give a fig" moods. I'm enjoying playing with my kids, being silly, and just full of it today. This observation will be interesting. Cuz I really just don't care about them anymore!
Good thing- weigh in was down 1.8 yesterday! Getting closer to my green zone. About about 2 pounds and I will be very happy.
Have a great day.

lmenglish Congrats on the wedding anniversary! That's funny, I didn't know groceries was the suggested gift! I guess that list was made by a man so they would be sure the wife would cook for them! LOL! Glad you're going out to eat! When I googled it, I found a website that says you should be getting a sapphire. Hmmm, you could get that instead of groceries! And, for my 46th anniversary next February they suggest.....POETRY. Eh, no, I'd rather go out for a lovely dinner! I'm off to the gym for some strength training and then running errands. We're leaving town tomorrow morning so I may not post for the weekend. Hope everyone has a great weekend.

Neen- Good luck at WI. We have one more day of ELA testing. Then a regular week, as one teacher put it "So I can shove all the math they need down their throats"!
Then when we come back from easter we head straight into 4 days of Math testing. The worst part of this is my one kiddo who is sitting here, isn't even in General Ed for Math or ELA! He only goes out for science, but he's "too high" for the adapted test.
So he's taking a state test on things that he is not being taught because he's not at that level. Crazy!

susiq25679 , sorry for your soreness. I thought virtual activities were free of exertion. Perhaps that activity needs a different name.
lmenglish , congratulations on 44 years. Groceries seems an odd gift—unless it is intended for children to giving to their parents in their retirement years. Hope you enjoy the seafood dinner.
thyme2 , the idea of a virus causing the rash isn't outrageous. My mother once had a problem with her hand that couldn't be diagnosed. Months later her doctor handed her a newspaper article that described a virus that caused exactly her symptoms. He was a great guy and had a good sense of humor.
ksbruns , I hope the PT helps you and isn't too painful.
hpeterson1951 , your descriptions of the trauma of testing has been very interesting. Perhaps teachers should band together and campaign for 60 Minutes or one of the other news programs to do an in-depth exposé of the whole testing thing. Maybe then the shame would force some changes.
DebDoesWW , Waving ~~~~~~ good morning to you.
I will be off for an annual vision check this morning and expect fogged vision for hours afterwards. This evening I have a kitchen designer coming to discuss the possibility of refacing the kitchen cabinets as an alternative to a full remodel.
