I have 52 affirmations and will put one out there every week for us to consider or choose one of your own. I will also include a habit we might want to consider adopting OR we can choose one of our own that we want to work on. Basically this is a spot to talk if anyone wants to or just to see what might be an idea to use during the week. Week 3 of 2021 AFFIRMATION
Unhealthy foods donβt appeal to me. My body craves healthy, whole, real food!
HABIT
Make your bed in the morning. It will give you so much peace, even if everything else is messy.
