This is an accountability thread where ALL plans and everyone is welcome. Just a place to put your numbers out in the universe.
I just know I am more likely to stay on track if I have to post my numbers so I thought it may be helpful to someone else out there too. 😉
It's here it's here!!! Welcome to 2021! Goals will be met, challenges will be created, resolutions will be fulfilled. We've got this 🤗
1/16 38P/0W 🤦🏼♀️ yay it's a new week! 📝 *if you bite it, you write it, if you bite it, you write it....lather, rinse, repeat* 📝

I was at 17/22 dailies on conquer cravings and thought not to eat more then thought I probably should so ended up at 21/22 AND was up on the scale this morning by 1.2 pounds. My mind then started in on me with the haranguing and saying I should have stopped at 17...until I told it to stop being negative - the program has worked in the past when followed - it will work this time, too - even if being older means it will probably take longer than it did in 1998/9.
So...I have my healthy breakfast eaten and am focused on another OP day

Deb...thanks.
So...closing the kitchen soon. I am at 21/22 points for today. I am sure it could be more since I am not 100% sure how many points a guava has but the app gives me a choice of 0 or 2 so...which to choose? I left it 0 since the pomegranate is less than half a pomegranate...maybe 1/4 or less than that even AND the bread is two slices for 1 point and I had only one slice. Anyway...I have the weeklies so am fine even if it is 2 points more

cathygeha ^ and that is exactly why not to worry about getting "exactly" the amount of POINTS in for the day. If you are full, don't worry about anything remaining. If I remember correctly the bottom of POINTS is 18 so as long as you are hitting that don't sweat it. *Disclaimer. I am not talking about on a daily basis for anyone reading this about to jump me for saying it. It was the rule of thumb back in the day for this program (POINTS). An occasional "low" day is fine, you don't need to eat if you aren't hungry just to "hit" your target. Chances are you have already hit it due to situations just like you described.

Deb - or anyone - do you remember what the range of points by weight used to be...I tossed all my information BUT might be able to find it again. The one thing I kind of liked about the first points program was that there was a range and you saved for special events. Later it became a target with weekly/optional points and after THAT the target became so low that I opted not to follow it any more...I was heavy and they wanted me to eat 18 points if I remember correctly. Need to see if I can find that information tucked away somewhere on a scrap of paper
I googled and found this information on this message board...posted by ME before I tossed all my WW information...who knew! ...
Here is the link to the post from back then:
wwmessageboard.freeforums.net/thread/35683/throwback-question-123-points
Have put it into my journal for 2021
AND DebDoesWW, Thank you for letting me know that as long as I hit 18 I don't need to worry...was adding MORE if I hadn't hit my target for the day! ITB kind of wants us to eat ALL the points including weeklies!

cathygeha "POINTS" programs, starting with 1-2-3 and ending with Momentum ran from 1997-2010 when PointsPlus came aboard (IIRC). So many variations during that time, they may have just gone with 22 since so many were in an uproar when it hit 18 to accommodate the older, shorter, slower metabolism crowd during Momentum. I read your link and bumped it. if you go to the top of any thread, on the line under the header, there is the word ACTIONS with a drop-down arrow. Click there and click BOOKMARK and you can save all of your threads you want access to.
