I have 52 affirmations and will put one out there every week for us to consider or choose one of your own.
I will also include a habit we might want to consider adopting OR we can choose one of our own that we want to work on.
Basically this is a spot to talk if anyone wants to or just to see what might be an idea to use during the week.
Week 4 of 2021
(Unhealthy) Snacking and eating between meals does not serve me or my goals.
Empty the dishwasher. It seems like it takes forever, but I promise you, if you decide to – you can do it in 5 minutes. (If you don't have a dishwasher...then keeping the sink and counters cleared and shiny might replace this?)
I added "unhealthy" to the snacking because if you plan your snacks I think it is fine but unhealthy snacks can lead to problems. As for the sink thing and dishwasher...I do my best...but without dishwasher detergent and having to use the counter as a drying rack...well...I can slack at times...especially when the water to wash dishes is COLD.
