How Many Minutes
* Choose how many MINUTES (NOT miles or number of workouts or APs - just MINUTES) you want to be active this month. Choose the number that is right for YOU! * YOU CAN JOIN ANYTIME DURING THE MONTH. * Activity is whatever you choose. It can be anything from gardening or doing some stretches to walking, running, yoga, cycling, swimming, zumba, or spinning, or anything in between. YOU decide what constitutes being active for you! * Check in and tell us how you're progressing toward your monthly goal. * You can check in as often as you'd like. The thread will be posted daily. *Everyone welcome. You can start anytime you want to. *If you only want to track your daily minutes and post here that is fine, too. You don't have to keep track for the entire month.

I am not sure if I will exercise today or not BUT the sun is shining and my guess is that my daughter and I will do something...out in the sunshine.

Yesterday was abysmal. Got right around a mile, moving around the house.
Today I need to head to the mall. I'll spend a while doing laps to get some activity in.

Yesterday rode to Dr to check out finger. Probably a "ganglion cyst" sometimes called a "bible cyst" as I guess a few misguided folks fixed them by smashing them with a heavy book like a bible. So an ok day with about 50' of biking and 20' of walking late.
