@bbearsmom, that's consistency! Tuesday, February 2: 122.4 - down 0.2 lb. Also low for me. I feel fine. The only problem is I should exercise more (cardio) and I tell myself I can skip it since I'm so low weight-wise.

Same as yesterday Good News: Walked 40 minutes and did a few exercises Not So Good News: had a HIGH point day yesterday with pasta aplenty Good News: high point day didn't see a rise on the scale Good News: Am excited to be back OP today!

I want to do it for carido/vascular health, but I don't need to lose weight and I don't want to eat more when I'm not hungry. Also, I like some cardio when I'm feeling sluggy from being in the house all day long. Wednesday, February 3: 122.2 - down 0.2 lb. Still low. It's Wednesday, lunch treat day, so a shot of sodium and sugar should do the trick.

Down a bit. Last night I stopped when satisfied. I am considering trying the program my sister is using (WW My Way Blue) and using ITB to track with the free app, sugar smart and zeroing out the foods that are on the zero-point list. I reset the dailies and weeklies manually. Till Saturday I will double-track that and also conquer cravings to see... I also plan to walk again today.

173 - down 0.8 from yesterday
I reset my ITB app to 23 points with 28 weeklies and am giving the new Blue WW My Way a chance using that app and paper to track. My sister has been on it almost a year now and has found it to work for her. She sent me a photo this morning of her in what she wore to give covid-19 vaccinations all day and I now have that image in the forefront of my mind as the ME I will be a year (or less) from now. Yesterday was easy and I had points left at the end of the day, was not hungry, and felt successful.
