Am committing to tracking using the WW My Way Blue zero-point food list and sugar smart values for all no-blue-zero-point-foods. Will double check my days with my sister since she is the pro after nearly a year on the plan and under her first goal weight by 8 pounds!
I set the app to start yesterday and have two days on the Blue program under my belt. I kind of did the math in my head and am (I think) within the points for Conquer Cravings/Original Points but it feels different for some reason.
So...today...Feb 5: 8/23 dailies used and all 28 weeklies left AND 5 AP's for walking.
