Hello Everyone amrys - I hope you can find an eating plan that works for you. For my breakfasts I've been alternating one week of oatmeal each and the next week with cereal each day. I like the Quaker Low Sugar Oatmeal Variety pack and I sometimes add blueberries to the Maple one and raisins to the Apple Cinnamon one. wwlurker - I hope your WI goes well tomorrow, let us know. I agree with you that it's difficult to have slower weight loss, but hopefully that keeps you on track. You know yourself really well and have really good coping techniques to use. I'm doing pretty well today, tomorrow will be the end of 4 weeks staying on plan. I'm kind of surprised I've lasted this long I will need to go out for groceries again soon, so I have to write up a list and stick to it. It's helped a lot not to have any junk in the house to eat. wwlurker, I too am a comfort eater and it is hard to break that habit. I am trying hot herbal tea in the evening instead of eating and by the time I have finished it I usually lose the urge to eat. I am down .4 lbs again this week. Goal is .5 but I am not totally unhappy as long as I am close to goal and it definitely is not a gain. I post it on Spark People along with my goal and the weight line is definitely on a downward curve. We have to look at the short term goals and not think too much about the long term as it sometimes seems unattainable.

I am giving up tomorrow . Scott will be with me in my apartment He's ordering bone outs from Pizza Hut. he ordered today before the fire of my nei8ighbor across the hall.She knocked on my apartment door and Scott followed her there was starting too be a lot of smoke. he called the fire department and got her out of there he turned off the oven and stove. I have Been arguing with my insurance for paying for meals on wheels noon and evening. I told them I panic about my past fire in my old apartment. u asked the fireman how best to avoid a fire and he said unplug the oven. Thet discounted me and brainwashed mt doctor to say someone else plugging in the oven isn't a free hazard. when they brainwashed my doctor I felt the panic of a fire. I ve b end panicked about that this weekend. and now this fire I have to ahvbe an in haler I have smoke in my lungs. I delighted in informing this horrid team that the brainwashed doctor loves saying there was a fire in an oven on my floor across one apartment and then her. The hall is still smokey. I am starting over Monday. I informed that doctor that I can't see her anymore because what she thinks is a reasonable accommodation n is not. I told I panicke about ovens plugged in. she said work with the team that wants to pay though nd more for people to cook with mr in my apartment which Right art home does not have the personnel. I emailed my psychiatrist and told the brainwashed doct9 to call her my bone doctor to. call her and the clinic do9ctor I used to go to to call her too.

amyrs, I'm sorry about the fire and it causing you so much anxiety. tracker, Stash tea has a caffeine free cinnamon vanilla flavor that is very comforting in the evenings. cj59, great job staying on track! Ron brought a bag of the fudge M&M's yesterday and I stuck to just 6 of them lol.

Hello Everyone amyrs - I'm sorry you are going through such stressful times, I hope things get better for you soon DotRen - Stopping at 6 pieces of fudge M&Ms is good I'm waiting until after Valentines Day to open my Easter M&Ms sunrose - Hello Today is the start of a new week for me. I finished a month and stuck to my points, I'm really happy about that. I also lost over 5 pounds. I can't say exactly how much I 've lost because I'm using an old scale. The digital scales make me kind of crazy unless I'm really close to my goal weight. I agonize over every .XX pound and that's not good for me. So I'm using this older one where I can only see a pound at a time loss. Hope all of you are doing well. Take care

Hello! I stayed the same this week. Disappointing. I don't think I did anything different than the other weeks; I think it was just one of those things, because for the past couple of weeks, my weight has been pretty consistently a pound and a half lower than my WI weight for most of the week, so I feel like I was retaining water. Today, it's back down to where it was. Eventually the scale will catch up on WI day. I just have to keep doing what I'm doing. amyrs, that sounds so stressful; I'm sorry you're going through that. DotRen, only six of the fudge M&Ms is a win! tracker, I've been posting small losses too. Slow and steady. cj59, you're doing great! sunrose49, hope you are doing well! Have a great day, everyone!

Hello Everyone wwlurker - Sorry you didn't see a loss this week, but I hope you see it with your next weigh-in. It is disappointing when we stay on track and expect to see a loss and don't get one. I went grocery shopping today and stuck to my list and didn't buy any junk food. I did buy one piece of Valentine's candy and I'll save it for Sunday to eat. I'm actually more excited to bake the turkey tenderloin I bought along with some carrots and a potato. I like the seasoning back from McCormick's that is the Original Chicken one. I usually don't have a potato, so that's a treat for me too Hope everyone is doing well and staying on track. Have a good day!

I weighed myself tonight. 207 I had weighed last year 263.6 so I am down but I feel heavy. I had been lower. I am going back to 8 packets of Quaker high fiber oatmeal. 1200 calories. When I GO SHOPPING THURSDAY I will buy 3 more boxes till I shop Monday. I will buy 5 packages of crystal light.

Hi everyone! This is a super busy week for me. I'm trying so hard to keep up with the good habits I am working to develop, but it's such a struggle. I'm making sure to continue eating regularly and not overeating at night. I'm trying to keep up with the minimum exercises I'm supposed to be doing. I'm making sure that I take time for my personal care routine, including hygiene, meditation and relaxation. I'm trying to get as much sleep as I can while still meeting my work commitments. I'm running out of steam, but I am powering through, as I know that after this week, it will get back to my usual hectic schedule instead of this one which has me working every evening after the kids go to bed. I have to say, I do feel a difference when I consciously try to make sure that I do all of this even when things are stressful and busy. It just helps me cope so much better. I feel like I have to fight for wellness, but it is working somewhat. I have two days left (including today) in my week and I still have some WPs, so that is good. I don't expect I'll eat many of them tonight, so I should be in pretty good shape for movie night. The scale is looking promising so far this week. It's actually been easier to keep within my points this week, as I'm busy in the evenings working so there is less time for snacking. amyrs, I find that a lot depends on how much exercise I'm getting. The same weight feels very different when I'm exercising than when I'm not. cj59, it sounds like you are doing well. Hope you all have a good day!

Hello Everyone wwlurker - Hope you get to relax this weekend from your busy week. I give you a lot of credit trying to eat well and be active while working and taking care of your family, that's a lot of work! I hope the rest of your week goes well and you see a loss this week. I'm still on track and glad that I've gotten used to tracking again, since I know helps me to be successful and accountable. I'm still double tracking points and calories and I think I'll continue that way. Just need to work on that exercise Hope all of you are doing well and that you have a great weekend
