Happy Tuesday, Louis - thank you.
Today was happy beach Tuesday, 5 ladies made it today and we walked mostly in groups of 2 with out masks on. The restaurants are still closed so we had a picnic on the beach which was great. The weather is warm and breezy.. We all bought lunch containers so next week we can bring healthy lunches. I think wine might be included.
I hope everyone is doing their best. Debbie

Happy Wednesday, Louis - Ted wants to know if you can ship the ladies here.
No body pump this morning. I had a doctors appointment to get a colonoscopy scheduled, I know ....to much fun. They aren’t doing them now because of stupid Covid but I have an appointment in April. I did get appointments for two tests I can have done on Monday. It’s taking a year to get all the parts of a physical but I’m getting the parts done. Next is a walk with a friend to finish my steps.

Good morning
Lou and Debbie thanks for keeping us going. Lol. Sounds like you both are missing all the snow fun. NOT!!
I’ve been shoveling for 3 days. I’m so out of shape that I have to do it in segments. Which is fine because it’s getting me off the couch and it really has not been bad at all to keep up with.

Louis congrats on the Ikea buddy. You realize of course that leaves you with very little buying control. which you probably don't have anyway.
Debbie had you were able to schedule so tests.
First dose of Moderna administered. Second dose scheduled. Can't wait to get back to the gym. AJ starts full day school on Monday!

Good morning.
I may have to face the guillotine, but I don't have to help sharpen the blade, Vicki. 🤣

Happy Thursday, Louis - I guess that’s how Ted thinks about it. Happy no ikea day. Vicki - that’s so great you were able to get the shot already. Brenda- I hope you had a fun walk. You did a great job shoveling, be careful you don’t hurt yourself.
Today we went to the zoo again. I packed a salad so a healthy lunch was included since all the restaurants are still closed. My weight is up again . The weather is nice today band I got lots of steps.

Good morning.
We need to find you a climbing wall, Debbie.
Not much on tap for the weekend. Just low key Super Bowl watching. Anyone else got something interesting going on?

I made the appointment for mohs surgery on Monday forgetting that Sunday was the superbowl. So I can't drink alcohol. I decided to stay home. I'm really nervous about this surgery.

Happy TGIF
Louis - a climbing wall sounds like such fun but I haven’t been in any gym since March and they are all closed now. I do love my home gym .. Vicki - Best wished on your surgery.
Today I did body pump and body combat. I love all the steps I did from body combat. Then some sewing while rocking out with Bob Marley and finally shopping with friends. This is great sale time.

Hello,
TGIF!
Lou, that pic of Cecilia is great. And how often do you encounter a hippo wearing a floral garland and tutu? I hope the crown replacement went well. Yay, you for getting out of the IKEA trip. My big plans are to walk with friends in the morning and to get the DGDs' Valentine gifts packaged for shipping.
Debbie, I think it is fantastic that you are getting out with friends nearly daily. I really look forward to walking with friends, but it is 1 - 3 days a week, work and weather permitting. I did get a lot of family time yesterday and some today, so that was a very nice change. I hope that all the puzzle pieces come together for a complete physical very soon.
Brenda, I heard that your area was supposed to get a lot of snow. We have dodged it thus far. We keep getting about .5 inch at a time. I think that has happened five or six times this winter. It's enough to make the roads slick for the morning commute but once the sun comes up its gone quickly. Were you and Maddie able to get our for your walk yesterday?
Vicki, congrats on getting your first dose of the vaccine! That is great news. I'm sorry that you will miss Super Bowl fun but happy for you that you will get your Mohs procedure done. I hope it all goes very well. I will send lots of virtual hugs your way. Hooray for AJ being able to go back to school!
Lori, I am waving hi to you and hoping that you are doing well.
Last weekend, I bought a new dishwasher and DH hauled it home and installed it. He also replumbed the kitchen sink. The builder installed a disposal that we neither asked for nor wanted. We used it only on rare occasions. We have a septic system and it's supposed to be a really bad thing to feed kitchen waste to it. DH removed the disposal and did all the necessary things to ensure the wiring and plumbing were properly altered. The new dishwasher is super quiet and we are very happy with it. I got my second dose of the vaccine last week and also volunteered at the vaccine clinic. I am signed up to work at the clinic again in a few weeks. Indiana opened up registrations for the 65-69 age group on Monday, so it's getting closer for DH's age group.
I took vacation days yesterday and today to help DSis get packed for her move to FL. So much was accomplished yesterday that the only thing I helped with today was carrying things down from our attic to the moving truck. DH and I helped at DSis' apartment yesterday, along with DBIL and my cousin's son. By the time DNephew and a friend came over after they got out of school, we were done. DNiece and her DH also came over after work and our DS#2 came over after he was done with work. It was fun to get to visit with everyone for awhile before I headed home. DSis, DBIL and DNiece came to our house this morning to get DSis' things that had been stored in our attic. They are heading out early tomorrow morning. DSis will be back during the week of 2/22 to do her real farewell tour, clean her apartment and retrieve her car. I am truly happy for her but sad for me...we are very close. We are spending 2/26 together before she heads south again. I will visit them the next time I go to FL. I am not yet sure when I will visit. I am targeting April or May. I don't want to be part of spring break crowds, that's for sure.
I will probably watch bits and pieces of the Super Bowl. I'm rooting for Tampa Bay because I like the team. I guess their quarterback is kinda good, eh? I have never been a Patriots fan but I have always appreciated Brady's talent.
Take care, Ginia
