Good Morning!!
Stayed OP yesterday. Added 2 miles. Hoping to go along with my other Big Sis to visit my Sister in the Home if they allow us to on Sunday.
Amy: Good job on your workout.
Cait: You are doing AWESOME!! I have been lax with using my app the last few weeks but still know what my points are and stick to proper servings. I do the purple plan too.
Ridgerunner: Good job on the 6 miles. You will have no problem getting your miles in since you do such long miles.
Waving to all. Happy Walking!!

I now have lost 62 pounds. Down from 263.6 to 201.6. I am not going to WW this Saturday because of snow predicted Friday night and Saturday morning. Idid my first segment. I will do the second. I am eating whole wheat peanut bread with peanut butter. I will buy some grapes today. I am getting 8green gummies coming every month. I get the first March 18. Those are 45 calories. I am heading to onederland. Today after I do the second mile I will have 10 miles done this year. And my pedometer shows 10,000 steps every day. I love this pedometer. I don't need to use my iPhone for it. It has modes and you can see steps miles calories etc. I got a lanyard for it. it is turned to face me easily. I LOVE LIFE.

Good morning ! John Muir Trail 46.08 of 263.70 miles That was unintentional walking but walking non-the-less so I'm counting it. 3.5 miles is 3.5 miles ! Amyrs: That's A LOT of fiber ! I find it difficult to get my RDA of 25. Great for you on the walking ! 2 hours is A LOT ! I wouldn't overdo it. My vet told me not to increase my dogs walk by 10% a week. I figured if it was good enough for my dog it was good enough for me ! Congrats on the vaccine ! Have you tried low sodium V8 rather than soda? I found it WAY better and fullfilling. Can't wait to hear when you're in ONEderland ! I'm happy for the pedometer for you. Cait: Every day I see your 50 pushaways I tell myself, "I really have to do those today". Maybe today will be the day. Great for you on the 2 miles. I have a ways to go to catch up to you on this challenge ! You're right ... those colors are confusing so I keep to calories. The WW colors DID help me understand quality vs quantity though. Tickyboo: I need your quotes in my life right now ! Thank you. Hope you get to see your sister. Actually just getting up out of my chair is an issue. I would MUCH rather be sitting at my computer and find it easy to do. Until tomorrow !

Good Evening Challengers!
Yesterday I did all 6 of my main HHs, stayed in my 💚 zone of pts 🔵 Healthy Eating Zone. One day at a time.
My “KISS” HHs (Keep it Simple and Specific) - Avoid salted snacks: 💚 - JGTB: 💚
2 microhabits: - “50 pushaways”: 💚 - “No seconds with snack”: 💚
Habit change: It’s a process - mind, body, emotions, spirit. It takes time and repetition. For me, Prayer + Practice + Patience + Perseverance = Progress
Yesterday we walked 2.4 mi.
Long day of work today.
Be well and take care, for ourselves, and for each other.

Yesterday we walked 2 mi.
Yesterday morning at 8:44 we saw “shift change” with the doves. The male came in, the female, who incubates overnight, left, and the male settled down on the nest for his day shift turn. 😃
Be well and take care, for ourselves, and for each other.

Yesterday we walked 2.3 mi. I’m at 34.2 mi/263.7 on the JM Trail. I did some errands and a decent day’s work.
This am I attended my WW Zoom meeting and it was good. A member said she placed an Amazon order for $82 worth of snack foods, but then went back online and cancelled the order. She said “I’m glad I loved myself enough to do what’s right for me.” Be well and take care, for ourselves, and for each other.

KELLY - GFY OP Wed and 2 mi, and Thurs 3 mi WATP. It’s hard for me also to make myself stop and move during the work day. Hope you and Sis can visit older Sis at the home tomorrow. AMY - GFY doing the treadmill segments and keeping the segments not too long. Glad you’re liking the pedometer. We’ve all had those “slips” in our healthy eating and sometimes it’s hard to get back on track, but patience and persistence, even baby steps work to help us get back to doing our healthy habits. RIDGERUNNER - GFY with the walking and JM trail. Glad you tracked the 3.5 mi even though it wasn’t intentional walking. I track it if it’s continuous steady walking. Re the fiber - I eat Whole Food Plant Based so I get more than the RDA of fiber. It’s so helpful for satiety - not feeling hungry - plus all the health benefits - it’s associated with lower risk of stroke, as well as weight loss, among other things. nutritionfacts.org/topics/fiber/re the pushaways - it took me a while to work up to 50, and also to make it a habit - I had to find a place in my day to put it 🤪 I’m doing it right after dinner. I used to do it in the am, but I wasn’t as consistent. Too many other things grabbing my attention. Re my daily miles - it varies depending on our route. We sometimes do up to 5 mi, and sometimes do 2 walks in one on weekends.
